Train the Trainer
Let expertise flow straight to the screen.
Your instructors shouldn't translate their expertise into clunky legacy tools. Train the Trainer is built around your system and your instructors, so content flows straight from expert to screen.
THE T3 COACHING CYCLE
Teach the process. See it demonstrated back.
One familiar toolset connects the instructor’s explanation with the trainee instructor’s practical response.

PROCESS STEP
Your operational tools
Instructor and trainee instructors use a replica of the tools they work with in the real operational environment.
There is no separate “learn the training tool” stage before practical instruction.
The session adapts to the teaching. The instructor and trainee work in the same familiar environment throughout.
The problem
Train-the-trainer sessions teach instructors how to teach air traffic control, but the tools they use to teach aren't the tools they use on the tools. Instructors are expected to translate their expertise into antiquated, discontinued software the trainee instructors have never seen, while those trainees fumble through the same interface trying to demonstrate what they've just been told. At every stage there's an excuse for not performing — I can't instruct better because I'm hampered, you can't show me because the tool won't let you. The chain of excuses never breaks.
What it is
T3 replicates the actual tools instructors use every day in a live air traffic control environment, so the training software is fluid by design and intuitive in operation. Nobody has to make apologies or justify suboptimal behaviours and training outcomes because the technology barrier is gone.
How it works
Sessions are dynamic and adaptable to the level you're instructing at. Two aircraft or eight. Two groups of different aircraft types for different outcomes. All system functionality is there so you can teach techniques, reload instantly when a concept is misunderstood or misapplied for reteaching, consolidation, or clarification. There's no technological barrier between what you're trying to teach and the confirmation of understanding you get back.
The instructor sits over the shoulder with the full toolkit they'd use in a real working environment — bring up those routes, see those times, shuffle them, sort them, check who's first, use the BRL. You don't have to say "what I would do is measure it, but you can't do it here." The actual processes can be broken down, replicated, and demonstrated inside T3, so you're teaching practical processes and getting practical demonstrations back.
The strength
It's assessed on the day. You don't need to practice using it beforehand because it works exactly the same as your normal system tools. You don't have to become familiar with the tool to demonstrate — which is precisely why it removes the excuses that plague every other train-the-trainer setup.
